Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed after 3pm or on weekends and holidays are processed the next business day.

England/Latvia: 3–7 business days
International: 5–21 business days

Shipping costs
Calculated at checkout based on your destination and order. Free shipping on orders over £50.

Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Customs and duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties. These are set by your country and are the customer's responsibility.

Delays
Carrier issues, customs, and weather can occasionally push delivery past the estimate. If your order is more than 7 days late, get in touch.

Damaged or missing orders
Contact "info@aquamahi.com" within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of any damage. We'll replace it or refund you.
